Just a Gigolo

In post-World War I Berlin, a war hero returns to society but finds himself without skills or prospects, relegated to menial jobs. He turns to becoming a "gigolo," catering to wealthy, lonely women, including those who are already married - a dubious profession that allows him to survive in a city on the brink of collapse and rising authoritarianism.
