Flight to Mars

"Four American scientists and a reporter crash-land on Mars, where they encounter friendly Martians who possess advanced technology, including underground cities and life-sustaining systems powered by a rare mineral. As tensions rise, Jim Barker (Arthur Franz) suspects the Martians' motives and plans an escape with the help of Alita (Marguerite Chapman), a sympathetic Martian scientist. With communications cut off and their spaceship in need of repair, the crew must navigate a complex web of trust and deception to survive."
