The H-Man

Detective Tominaga (Akihiko Hirata) investigates a series of bizarre incidents in Tokyo after two men emerge from the sewers, one of whom transforms into "Liquid Men" after being exposed to radioactive material. Masada, an assistant professor of biochemistry, theorizes that the disappearances are linked to his research on nuclear radiation and its effects on humans. As the investigation unfolds, Masada develops a romantic relationship with Chikako Arai (Yumi Shirakawa), who becomes embroiled in a gang war and is kidnapped by her ex-partner, Uchida.
