The Time Machine

In this 1960 science fiction classic, a Victorian inventor builds a time machine that takes him to a dystopian future where humanity has split into two warring species: the peaceful and childlike Eloi and the monstrous underground-dwelling Morlocks. The film follows George's journey as he discovers the dark secrets of his own creation and must intervene to save the Eloi from their Morlock oppressors, in a tale of time travel, survival, and humanity's capacity for destruction.
