In a gripping tale of mistaken identity and mob violence, Spencer Tracy stars as Joe Wilson, an innocent man who narrowly escapes being burned alive by a lynch mob in this gritty 1936 film noir. Loosely based on the events surrounding the "Brooke Hart" murder and the "Lindbergh" kidnapping/murder case, Fury is a powerful exploration of the dangers of mob mentality and the devastating consequences of rush-to-judgment justice.
