Basket Case 2

In this sequel to Frank Henenlotter's cult classic Basket Case, Duane Bradley and his deformed, surgically separated conjoined twin brother Belial are taken in by eccentric philanthropist Granny Ruth and her extended family of similarly deformed individuals. As they navigate their new life among the freaks, Duane's resentment towards Belial grows, fueled by a traumatic event from their past that he can't forgive. When a sleazy reporter named Marcie and her photographer Arty threaten to expose them, the freaks must band together to defend themselves - with chaotic and bloody results. In the end, Duane's desire for normalcy leads him down a dark path of self-sacrifice and grotesque transformation.
