Love Me Strangely

In this dark psychological thriller, a wealthy and refined man takes pleasure in emotionally tormenting his wives, pushing them to the brink of despair. When one of his victims commits suicide, he charms another woman into a twisted relationship, only to reveal his true nature as she becomes pregnant with his child. A determined officer suspects Alain's sinister plans and sets out to rescue his latest victim, but ultimately falls victim himself to the husband's deadly charm. The film is based on the 1968 novel Un beau monstre by Dominique Fabre and directed by Sergio Gobbi.
