A stagecoach driver takes a job with Lord Harry Ironminster, a dying aristocrat with one arm, in 1860s Australia, as Lord Harry's condition worsens. Catherine McClements and Jennifer Claire play Lady Ironminster and Sarah Redbridge, respectively. Rupert Everett plays the titular role of Lord Harry Ironminster, who must navigate his employer's changing needs despite his own declining health.
