Flying Down to Rio

In this 1933 musical romantic comedy, composer Roger Bond (Gene Raymond) falls for Brazilian beauty Belinha De Rezende (Dolores del Río), who is already engaged to a friend of his. Fred Ayres (Fred Astaire), Roger's bandmate, helps him woo Belinha with the local dance, The Carioca, while also supporting her in a complicated love triangle. Along the way, they organize an aerial stunt show at a hotel in Rio de Janeiro, featuring dancing girls strapped to planes.
