Blind Man's Bluff

The film opens in 2005 with a professor lecturing a group of university students on the primitive accumulation of capital. The story then flashes back to Nizhny Novgorod in 1995, where three bandits, Koron, Bala, and Eggplant, discuss their current lack of opportunities when they get a phone call from Stepan, a police officer who hires them for a job. Sergei Mikhailovich sends Simon and Sergei to intimidate a drug lab into paying protection money, which ends with Simon shooting everyone in the lab. The duo then collect drugs to appease Mikhalych, but things go wrong after he learns about Stepan's murder and orders his bodyguard to find the killer.
