The Sleeping Car Murder

Six people travel by overnight train from Marseilles to Paris. When they arrive, one of them, a young woman named Bambi (Catherine Allégret), is found dead in a sleeping berth. Inspector Grazziani (Yves Montand) investigates the other five passengers, suspecting that one among them was responsible, but as the investigation unfolds, the others start turning up dead. The remaining two must solve the case to avoid becoming the next victims, with the help of Bambi and Éric Grandin (Jean-Louis Trintignant), a stowaway who becomes involved in their lives.
