The Tiger and the Pussycat

Francesco Vincenzini (Vittorio Gassman), a middle-aged businessman, finds himself craving romance and adventure after meeting Carolina (Ann-Margret), a beautiful art student. His fling with her sparks a newfound youthfulness, but also leads to neglect of his family and responsibilities. Meanwhile, his wife Esperia (Eleanor Parker) tries to keep the peace at home, pretending she didn't read Francesco's farewell letter to their daughter. As he teeters between two worlds, Francesco must confront the consequences of his actions.
