Caterina Boratto
Biography
Caterina Boratto was an Italian film actress born in Turin on March 15, 1915. She studied to become a singer before debuting in To Live alongside Tito Schipa, marking the beginning of her career as a star in the Telefoni Bianchi genre. After a tumultuous period marked by World War II and personal losses, Boratto returned to acting with notable roles in Federico Fellini's 8½ and Juliet of the Spirits before resuming a regular film and television presence from the late 1960s onward.
