The Parent Trap

Teenagers Sharon McKendrick and Susan Evers meet at a girls' summer camp where their identical appearance causes jealousy and resentment. They overcome their rivalry when they realize they are identical twin sisters separated by their parents' divorce, whom they decide to reunite with. The girls switch places, posing as each other in different homes, in order to gather information and ultimately scare off a gold-digger pursuing one of their fathers.
