In a small Spanish town on the brink of decline, a group of citizens hatch a desperate plan to revitalize tourism by faking a miracle, but their scheme quickly spirals out of control as it becomes clear that some miracles are better left unexplained. As they try to deceive the townspeople into believing in their fabricated apparition, a mysterious stranger appears, seemingly aware of their deception and offering a twisted solution to bring the illusion to life. The resulting chaos leads to a frenzy of believers flocking to the town's dilapidated spa, only to discover that not everyone is fooled by the ruse.
