Executive Action

In "Executive Action," Robert Ryan and Burt Lancaster play shadowy figures from American industry, politics, and intelligence who plot and carry out the JFK assassination in a methodical, businesslike manner. The film explores the paranoid fears of its characters about the future of the U.S. under the Kennedy brothers and their desire to control the developing world. Robert Ryan's Character Name (Robert Ryan) is shown discussing his concerns with other conspirators at a June 1963 gathering, while Burt Lancaster's Character Name (Burt Lancaster) is seen organizing shooting Teams A and B in anticipation of Ferguson's eventual approval.
