Western Union

In the sprawling American West of 1861, a telegraph line stretches across the Great Plains, uniting East and West. Against this backdrop of vast open spaces and simmering tensions between Native Americans and outsiders, former outlaw Vance Shaw joins the Western Union team as a scout, seeking redemption for his troubled past. His path converges with that of tenderfoot engineer Richard Blake, and the two men become embroiled in a complex web of loyalty, deception, and diplomacy, as they navigate the challenges of building a communication network across hostile terrain.
