Lovers and Other Strangers

Mike Vecchio (Michael Brandon) and Susan Henderson (Bonnie Bedelia) are preparing for their upcoming wedding, while their extended family struggles with their own personal issues. Bea Vecchio (Bea Arthur), Mike's mother, is upset about her brother Richie's impending divorce, and Susan's father has been carrying on an affair. Meanwhile, Susan's sex-starved sister Wilma (Anne Meara) and Johnny (Harry Guardino) are dealing with marital troubles, setting the stage for a chaotic wedding celebration that will bring all their intimate foibles to a head.
