"No Retreat, No Surrender 3: Blood Brothers" is an action film that follows feuding brothers Casey Alexander (Keith Vitali) and Will Alexander (Loren Avedon), who join forces to avenge their father's brutal murder by the mafia. As they work together, they discover that their CIA director Jack Atteron (Joseph Campanella) was also responsible for their father's death. With the help of Casey's old girlfriend Maria (Wanda Acuna) and Will's martial arts skills, the brothers infiltrate Franco's terrorist organization to rescue a Mozambique Ambassador and ultimately confront their common enemy.
