The Frozen North

The Frozen North is a 1922 American short comedy film that parodies early western films, especially those of William S. Hart. Buster Keaton stars as The Bad Man, navigating a series of mistaken identities and chaotic situations in the frozen north. Alongside Marion Harlan as his wife and Bonnie Hill as a pretty neighbor, Keaton attempts to woo the latter but ends up getting caught in his own web of deceit, ultimately waking up from a wild dream at the hands of a janitor (Edward F. Cline).
