Buster Keaton plays the manager of a post office and general store in this 1919 silent comedy film. Buster is busy sending out deliveries when the constable, played by Jack Coogan Sr., steals $300 from Fatty's insured letter. The constable tries to frame Fatty, but Buster eventually reveals the truth, leading to a chase scene where the dog chases the crooked official out of town. In the end, Fatty and his love interest, Molly Malone as Fanny, plan to celebrate their relationship with a kiss, but she's hesitant due to Fatty's lingering bad breath from eating onions.
