The Rocket from Calabuch

Professor Hamilton (Edmund Gwenn), a naive Nuclear scientist, realizes his mistake and runs away from his inventions, hiding in Calabuch, a beautiful seaside town where people still believe in humor and friendship. He helps the locals win a fireworks competition, earning recognition that attracts unwanted attention from NASA and the army.
