Our Little Girl

Shirley Temple stars as Molly Middleton, whose life is turned upside down when her parents, Dr. Donald Middleton (Joel McCrea) and Elsa (Rosemary Ames), get a divorce. As Don becomes more immersed in his work, Elsa starts spending time with their best friend Rolfe Brent (Lyle Talbot), causing tension at home. When Elsa announces plans to remarry, Molly runs away from home, leaving her parents unaware of the impact on their relationship and daughter's well-being.
