In the 1987 Hong Kong action film Angel, the Angels - led by Moon (Moon Lee), Saijo (Hideki Saijo), and Elaine (Elaine Lui) - are hired by Interpol to take down a group of Thai opium lords. After a series of battles with the drug lords and their leader, Madam Yeung (Yukari Oshima), the Angels are aided by an American secret operative, Commander Alex Fong (Alex Fong), in a complex plot that ultimately leads to a showdown with Yeung and her men.
