Deep Red

In 1956, a shocking murder takes place at a family home during Christmas, leaving a bloody knife to fall to the feet of a child. Two decades later, an English jazz pianist witnesses the brutal murder of his psychic neighbor Helga Ulmann, who was overwhelmed by the twisted thoughts of a psychotic killer in a crowded parapsychology conference. With the help of a tenacious young reporter, Marcus Daly sets out to uncover the identity of the killer using unconventional methods, only to find himself shadowed and targeted by the very person he's trying to catch.
