Cherry 2000

In the post-apocalyptic future of 2017, successful businessman Sam Treadwell (David Andrews) hires Edith "E" Johnson (Melanie Griffith), a tough tracker, to find him an exact duplicate of his android wife Cherry model 2000 (Pamela Gidley). As they journey through the treacherous Zone 7, Treadwell learns that the perfect woman is made not of computer chips and diodes. Along the way, they encounter various dangers, including a wasteland overlord and a sadistic gang, before finally finding a functional Cherry 2000 model, which proves to be incapable of adapting to their current situation.
