Archibald Marshall Bell, born September 28, 1942, is an American character actor known for his iconic roles in A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge (1985), Stand by Me (1986), and Twins (1988). He also appeared in Total Recall (1990) and Starship Troopers (1997). After a hiatus from acting, Bell revived his career with notable roles in films like "Scream, Queen! My Nightmare on Elm Street" (2019) and "Waffle Street" (2015).
