Fist of Legend

In 1937, Chinese martial artist Chen Zhen studies at Kyoto University, facing harassment from Japanese ultranationalists but earning the respect of karate master Fumio Funakoshi. When his master Huo Yuanjia dies under suspicious circumstances, Chen returns to Shanghai and sets out to uncover the truth, leading him on a path of revenge and self-discovery against the forces responsible for his master's death. As tensions escalate between China and Japan, Chen must use his martial arts skills to protect his school and those he cares about, all while navigating the complexities of loyalty, duty, and love.
