Katie Aselton is an American actress and filmmaker born on October 1, 1978, in Milbridge, Maine. She co-starred with Mark Duplass in the FX sitcom The League from 2009 to 2015 and appeared alongside him in his directorial debut, The Puffy Chair, which premiered at Sundance in 2005. Aselton has also directed and produced several films, including her own short film Scrapple, opposite Jay Duplass.
