Farrah Fawcett was a four-time Primetime Emmy Award nominee and six-time Golden Globe Award nominee who rose to international fame as private investigator Jill Munroe in the first season of Charlie's Angels (1976–1977). She began her career in commercials and guest roles on television, with notable recurring roles on Harry O and The Six Million Dollar Man. Fawcett received her first Golden Globe nomination for her work in Charlie's Angels.
