Marc Lawrence
Biography
Marc Lawrence was a character actor specializing in underworld types, particularly gangsters and mob bosses. He made his film debut in 1933 and went on to appear in over 60 films, including two James Bond movies, Diamonds Are Forever and The Man with the Golden Gun. His distinctive pock-marked complexion and New York street-guy accent made him a natural for roles as heavies. He was blacklisted due to his alleged communist ties.
