In this action-packed superhero comedy, Officer Dave Speed, a bumbling Miami police officer, gains superpowers after being exposed to radiation during a secret government experiment in the Florida Everglades. With his newfound abilities, including super reflexes, speed, and telekinesis, Dave must use his powers to uncover a counterfeit money operation and clear his name when he's wrongly accused of murder. As he navigates this strange new world, Dave also finds himself falling for his girlfriend Evelyn, who isn't sure she can handle a super-powered husband.
