Biography
Donald O'Brien was born on September 15, 1930, in Pau, France, to an Irish-born father and English governess mother. He studied acting in Dublin before joining the Gate Theatre at age 19. His breakthrough roles came in the late 1960s with Spaghetti Western films like "The Train" and "Grand Prix," followed by notable appearances in Italian genre productions throughout his nearly 40-year career, which ended with his passing in 2018.
