The 1974 film "Challenge to White Fang" is an action-adventure drama set in the Yukon, Canada in 1899, following the story of Beauty Smith, a villainous businessman exploiting the town's people, and his arch-nemesis, Jason Scott, a novelist who teams up with a wolf-dog named White Fang to take him down. White Fang, once again trying to stop the villainous Beauty Smith from claiming a recently discovered gold mine, befriends John Tarwater's young grandson Bill, and together they gather evidence against Smith, who is aided by corrupt officials and accomplices, leading to a thrilling showdown between the heroes and the villain.
