Akiko Koyama
Biography
Akiko Koyama, born on January 27, 1935, began her career as a fashion designer before transitioning to acting in 1955. She gained prominence with roles in "Karate Warriors" (1976) and appeared in numerous films directed by husband Nagisa Ōshima. The couple co-founded independent film company Sozosha, producing Ōshima's subsequent works and starring in them together.
