Biography

Steve James was an American actor and stunt performer, best-known for his roles in 1980s action films from Cannon Films, including the American Ninja series and The Delta Force (1986). He also appeared in I'm Gonna Git You Sucka (1988) as Kung Fu Joe. A practitioner of the Chinese martial art fu jow pai, James's career spanned film, television, and stage work before his passing in 1993 at the age of 41.
