Biography
Dan Duryea was an American actor who graduated from Cornell University in 1928 and was elected into the Sphinx Head Society. He made a name for himself on Broadway in plays like Dead End and The Little Foxes, establishing himself as a foil character with roles in films like The Pride of the Yankees and film noirs such as Scarlet Street and Criss Cross.
