Biography
Salvo Randone was an Italian stage and film actor born in Syracuse, Sicily, to Pasquale Randone and Maria. He debuted on stage in his early 20s, working with prominent directors like Luchino Visconti, Giorgio Strehler, and Elio Petri. Randone is notable for his collaborations with Elio Petri, appearing in nearly all of the director's films between The Assassin (1961) and Property Is No Longer a Theft (1973).
