The Stranglers of Bombay

In 19th-century British-ruled India, Captain Harry Lewis (Guy Rolfe) investigates a series of mysterious disappearances and pirations by the Cult of Thuggee, a secret religious cult that worships Kali. Despite his warnings, his superior, Colonel Henderson (Andrew Cruickshank), dismisses his concerns and instead appoints a new, inexperienced captain to lead the investigation. With the help of a pet mongoose, Lewis sets out to uncover the truth, facing brutal violence and supernatural horrors along the way, and ultimately exposes the cult's sinister plans.
