Hellfire

Zeb Smith (Bill Elliott), a gambler with a larcenous streak, is saved by an itinerant preacher who later dies. Zeb vows to fulfill the preacher's mission of building a church, and attempts to capture fugitive Doll Brown (Marie Windsor), also known as Mary Carson, in order to obtain a $5,000 reward. Doll, a notorious outlaw, initially mocks Zeb's newfound faith, but eventually comes to appreciate his devotion, thanks in part to his efforts to protect her.
