Sekai no chûshin de, ai o sakebu

Saku, played by Takao Osawa, rediscovers the void deep within him through flashbacks as he searches for his fiancée Ritsuko, who has gone to their hometown in Shikoku. He listens to Aki's audio diaries, his school sweetheart, and relives the tragic events of his high school days, including a terminal illness and a painful goodbye. As Saku navigates his emotions, he finds comfort in the love they shared, and ultimately comes to terms with his loss.
