Spaceballs

In a galaxy that's utterly absurd, Mel Brooks' 1987 spoof "Spaceballs" takes aim at the Star Wars franchise and other sci-fi staples. When the nefarious Dark Helmet hatches a plan to steal Princess Vespa's air, space-bum-for-hire Lone Starr and his clueless sidekick Barf must fly to the rescue. Along the way, they meet Yogurt, who puts Lone Starr wise to the power of "The Schwartz," leading to a series of hilarious misadventures that spoof everything from laser guns to plastic surgery.
