The Black Torment

Sir Richard Fordyke (John Turner) returns to his country estate, Fordyke Hall, with his new bride Elizabeth (Heather Sears), only to find himself immersed in rumours that he has been back for a while and that he might be responsible for local murders. The strange occurrences escalate as Sir Richard sees what he believes to be the ghost of his dead wife in the garden. Meanwhile, Elizabeth is being brought from London to meet her new father-in-law, but she's nervous about making a good impression. Her brother-in-law Diane (Ann Lynn) plays a significant role in uncovering the truth behind the haunting and the sinister events unfolding at Fordyke Hall.
