Twin Sisters of Kyoto

In this poignant drama, a young woman's life is turned upside down when she discovers that her birth was a lie, and that she has a twin sister in rural Japan, a region where twins are believed to bring bad luck. When the two women eventually meet, they both become entangled in love affairs - one with an educated man who seems to prefer his doppelganger over her - forcing her to confront the truth about her family's past and her own identity.
