The Cat

Amedeo Pegoraro, a greedy middle-aged man, and his sister Ofelia, a meddling woman, own a run-down apartment building where they're desperate to sell it before evicting their tenants. When their beloved cat dies under mysterious circumstances, the siblings start snooping around to find out who's responsible. As they dig deeper, their investigations lead them down a wild goose chase filled with twists and turns, including suspicious businessmen, corrupt politicians, and even murder.
