The Desert Trail

In the 1935 Western film "The Desert Trail," John Wayne stars as rodeo star John Scott and Eddy Chandler plays his friend Kansas Charlie / Rev. Harry Smith. After being wrongly accused of armed robbery alongside his friend, they flee to Poker City to seek justice and assume new identities, leading them on a perilous quest for the truth. Along the way, they become entangled in a web of intrigue and deception that ultimately leads to a showdown with their alleged accomplices.
