Chieko Misaki was a Japanese actress and singer known for her long-running role as aunt Tsune Kuruma in the "It's Tough Being a Man" film series. Born on February 20, 1921, she began performing at Shochiku in 1939 and gained recognition with kimono shows in 1950. Misaki appeared in over forty films of the "It's Tough Being a Man" franchise, establishing herself as a beloved character actress.
