Biography

William Mills Irwin, born April 11, 1950, is an American actor and choreographer known for his contributions to the renaissance of the American circus in the 1970s. He won a Tony Award for his role in "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" and was nominated for Best Choreography for "Largely New York." Irwin has also appeared on film and television, including roles in "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," as well as voice work on Sesame Street.
