Mélanie Thierry is a French actress born on July 17, 1981. She began her career as a sought-after child and teen model in France before transitioning to acting, scoring critically acclaimed roles in French productions. At 18, she gained international recognition for her role opposite Rufus Sewell in the BBC costume drama Charles II: The Power and the Passion. Thierry made her Hollywood debut in the 2008 film Babylon A.D., playing the lead role of Aurora.
