Douglas Kennedy

Biography

Douglas Kennedy was a character player and occasional leading man in Hollywood, making his debut in 1935 and securing contract-player status at Paramount Pictures before later working with Warner Brothers. His acting career was interrupted by World War II service, but he returned to films after the military, playing roles such as western villains and isolated leads. He starred in the series Steve Donovan, Western Marshal, alongside Eddy Waller's Rusty Lee.
